CLASSES NEWS
First, there will be NO TUESDAY CLASSES UNTIL THE END OF JUNE, when Michaella returns from maternity leave.

CLASS TEACHERS
While Michaella is on maternity leave, we have a variety of teachers to cover for Michaella — this is a great chance to experience different belly dancing styles and teaching methods while staying in shape!

The Sunday class
(Marylebone studios, 15:30-17:00) is being taught by Yasmin Shawkat.

The Wednesday class
1st July
(Oxford House, Bethnal Green, 20:00-21:30) is being taught by Hannah, who is a tribal-fusion dancer, specialized in experimental styles. All levels are welcome and pricing will be as usual. Make sure you take advantage of the chance to see one more style of dance! You can check out Hannah's website for more information too: www.hannahdancer.co.uk

LONDON BELLY DANCE FESTIVAL 12/13 April 2008 ends in great success with Michaella, Fifi Ness, Natacha Atlas, Storm, Vashti, Lillie Naor and other stars from the belly dance world.

Over 120 people attended the two days of workshops, lectures and two evening performances.
Fifi Ness (left), the renowned baladi teacher and performer made a special visit from Israel, teaching and performing to great acclaim.

Michaella herself, in spite of the responsibilities of the Festival, performed with the band Bosforus on Saturday in a triumphant display of brilliance and originality.
